Miguel Teles, who graduated in Management and Industrial Engineering from FEUP in 1995 and obtained an Executive MBA from the Porto School of Management in 2003, has developed his professional career in leading retailers in the field of logistics, building competitive advantages for businesses through global and efficient supply chains. He has proven experience in exploring innovative approaches such as the application of the Theory of Constraints (TOC) or RFID tag tracking in retail.

More recently, as Country Manager responsible for the Portuguese business of a leading international retailer, he has been supporting the development of other leaders within his organisation, ensuring alignment of strategy and processes, and building a culture of trust between the Group’s different teams and geographies. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, he is also involved in other roles, such as Executive Vice President of the Portuguese Association of Industrial Management and Engineering (APGEI) since 2019.
